Winkler Dinner
Held at the Robert Mondavi Institute for Food and Wine Science, the Winkler Dinner is the annual fundraiser for Davis Enology and Viticulture Organization. For nearly three decades, DEVO has functioned as the student run organization of the Department of Viticulture and Enology.
This dinner, accompanied by a live and silent auction, supports student activities including educational wine tastings, alumni events, immersion trips to various wine regions and international internship scholarships. The dinner consists of six courses individually prepared by top chefs and thoughtfully paired with wine from flagship California wineries.
