Hi, I'm Morgan Rosenberg! I'm a second-year Plan I M.Sc candidate in V&E, researching Grapevine Red Blotch Disease in Anita Oberholster's lab. I grew up in Boston and moved to California in 2017 to pursue a career in wine production. Since then, I have completed six harvests in Sonoma, Alameda, and New Zealand. Every season I fall more in love with winemaking and grapevines. I'm so excited to be at Davis where I'm able to connect the dots between what I've seen working in wineries and what is actually happening on a physiological, chemical, or microbial level. I love being involved in DEVO because it provides so many opportunities to explore what I'm learning and ask questions in a nonjudgmental environment. I'm excited to continue to build this incredible community!
